As a part of ongoing CSR activities, Smt. Kiran Singh, President of Sanyukta Mahila Samiti, along with senior members, Smt. Sunitha Jaikumar, Smt. Meenakshi Srivastava, Smt. Chandana Kumari, Smt. C. Padmaja, President, Arpita Mahila Samiti and Smt. Anupama Srivastava, GS, Sanyukta Mahila Samiti visited Sangwari Mahila Samiti and distributed 07 no.s motorized tricycles to Divyangjans from project-affected villages of NTPC sipat in the presence of Smt. Sadhna Pandey, President, Sangwari Mahila Samiti on 12.06.2024. This initiative was aimed at enhancing the mobility and independence of the specially abled persons.

Shri Vijay Krishna Pandey, BUH, NTPC Sipat, Shri Srijit Kumar, GM (CPG-2), Shri Anil Shankar Sharan, GM (O&M), employees and committee members also graced the event with their presence.

The beneficiaries, who come from various project-affected villages, expressed gratitude for the new motorized tricycles, which will significantly improve their daily lives. The event reflects the strong commitment of Sanyukta Mahila Samiti and Sangwari Mahila Samiti towards community welfare and support for Divyangjans. This initiative underscores the spirit of empathy and inclusivity reinforcing their dedication to social upliftment and empowerment.
